Overview

DecisionPoint seeks a Digital Platform Performance Analyst (Journeyman) to support Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) digital platform optimization under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement services by analyzing the performance of MC&FP digital platforms, including public facing websites and applications. 

The Digital Platform Performance Analyst evaluates traffic, engagement, accessibility, and platform health to support data informed optimization efforts and user experience improvements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring MC&FP digital platforms remain accessible, effective, and aligned with audience needs. 

This position is fully remote.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Digital Platform Performance Analyst (Journeyman) will: 

  • Analyze performance metrics for MC&FP digital platforms including websites and applications. 
  • Evaluate traffic patterns, engagement metrics, and user behavior across digital channels. 
  • Monitor platform health indicators including accessibility, responsiveness, and uptime. 
  • Assess compliance with accessibility standards such as Section 508 and WCAG guidelines. 
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for digital platform optimization. 
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience and engagement. 
  • Support development of platform performance reports, dashboards, and briefings. 
  • Collaborate with communications, UX, content, and IT teams to inform improvement efforts. 
  • Track performance metrics over time to assess effectiveness of enhancements. 
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency across performance analyses. 
  • Support continuous improvement of digital analytics methodologies and reporting practices. 

Qualifications

Clearance Requirement 

Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust from any federal agency. 

 

Education (Required) 

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field. 

 

Experience (Required) 

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience analyzing digital platform or website performance. 
  • Experience evaluating traffic, engagement, and user behavior metrics. 
  • Experience supporting digital optimization or user experience initiatives. 
  • Experience supporting federal or public-sector digital platforms preferred. 

 

Technical Knowledge 

Required: 

  • Experience with digital analytics and performance measurement methodologies. 
  • Ability to interpret web and application performance metrics. 
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and reporting platforms. 
  • Strong analytical writing and presentation skills. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience with accessibility evaluation tools and methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with dashboarding and visualization tools. 
  • Experience supporting large scale, user facing digital platforms. 

 

Certifications 

Required: 

  • None 

Preferred: 

  • Certifications in digital analytics, data analysis, or user experience 

 

Skills 

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy. 
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent analysis efforts.
