Overview

DecisionPoint seeks a Campaign Manager to execute day-to-day digital and social media engagement activities across MC&FP’s multi-platform communication ecosystem. This role supports development and implementation of co-branded campaigns, micro-influencer initiatives, live-event activations, and special project campaigns aligned to MC&FP mission priorities. 

The Campaign Manager is responsible for hands-on campaign execution, content activation across Reels/Shorts/Stories, audience engagement, and performance monitoring. This role works collaboratively with strategy, creative, analytics, and stakeholder teams to ensure campaigns are timely, audience-driven, and aligned with enterprise messaging. 

This position is fully remote.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Campaign Manager will: 

  • Execute daily digital and social media engagement activities across official MC&FP platforms. 
  • Implement co-branded campaign initiatives with internal and external partners. 
  • Support micro-influencer collaboration, outreach, content activation, and performance tracking. 
  • Manage content deployment across short-form channels, including Reels, Shorts, and Stories. 
  • Provide live-event digital support including rapid content packaging, posting, and engagement monitoring. 
  • Execute special project campaigns aligned to MC&FP priorities and seasonal messaging needs. 
  • Track audience engagement, trends, and platform behavior to adjust campaign tactics. 
  • Support the development of campaign briefs, content plans, and integrated editorial calendars. 
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop channel-optimized visuals and copy. 
  • Work with analytics teams to measure campaign performance and produce insights. 
  • Maintain consistency with MC&FP brand standards, tone, and visual guidelines. 
  • Ensure content meets accessibility, metadata, and compliance requirements. 

Qualifications

Clearance Requirement 

Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher. 

 

Education (Required) 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. 

 

Experience (Required) 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience executing digital or social media campaigns. 
  • Experience managing multi-platform content, audience engagement, and campaign optimization. 
  • Experience supporting live events, digital activations, and real-time content posting. 
  • Experience coordinating with creative, strategy, or analytics teams. 

 

Technical Knowledge (Required) 

  • Proficiency with social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. 
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Suite). 
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards and platform insights tools. 
  • Understanding of short-form video content trends and best practices. 

Technical Knowledge (Preferred) 

  • Experience supporting federal or DoD digital communication programs. 
  • Familiarity with tagging, metadata, accessibility, and compliance standards. 

 

Skills 

  • Strong communication and project management skills. 
  • Ability to rapidly activate content and adapt to real-time events. 
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement trends and audience behavior. 
  • Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
