DecisionPoint seeks a Social Listening/Intelligence Analyst to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly insights derived from social media conversations, digital sentiment patterns, audience behavior, and emerging issues relevant to MC&FP mission areas. This role monitors social platforms, identifies trends, detects potential risks, and provides actionable intelligence to support communications, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement priorities.
The Social Listening/Intelligence Analyst transforms raw social signals into clear, decision-ready insights through dashboard monitoring, narrative reports, and issue summaries. This position collaborates with campaign, analytics, O&E, and leadership teams to support proactive messaging and rapid-response readiness.
This position is fully remote.

The Social Listening/Intelligence Analyst will:
Clearance Requirement
Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher.
Education (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Data Analytics, or a related field.
