Overview

DecisionPoint seeks a Display Program Manager to oversee and manage the enterprise Display Program supporting a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role manages the full lifecycle of display development, setup, deployment, and maintenance—including portable displays, booths, signage, immersive and interactive technologies, and compliance with Display Program SOPs. 

The Display Program Manager will coordinate across outreach, creative, logistics, and technical teams to ensure displays are accurate, engaging, and aligned with mission priorities for events, conferences, community engagements, and leadership forums. 

This position is fully remote.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Display Program Manager will: 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the enterprise Display Program, ensuring compliance with Display Program SOPs and governance. 
  • Manage the design, development, inventory, and versioning of all MC&FP displays, signage, portable booths, and digital/immersive display assets. 
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure display messaging aligns with current communications priorities. 
  • Support integration of immersive and interactive technologies such as touchscreens, digital kiosks, AR/VR elements, and multimedia features. 
  • Develop and maintain display logistics plans, including packing, shipping, storage, setup, teardown, and event-day operations. 
  • Track display usage, updates, maintenance needs, and refresh cycles. 
  • Manage an organized inventory including condition assessments, lifecycle status, and documentation. 
  • Ensure display materials comply with branding, accessibility, and federal communications standards. 
  • Provide on-site or virtual support for display deployment at key events when needed. 
  • Prepare after-action reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with event, outreach, and engagement teams to anticipate display needs for upcoming activities. 

Qualifications

Clearance Requirement 

Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher. 

 

Education (Required) 

BA/BS in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 

 

Experience (Required) 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in display program management, communications, event support, public relations, or visual engagement programs. 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale events or programs requiring coordinated display and visual asset management. 
  • Experience working with creative or technical teams on display or exhibit development. 

 

Technical Knowledge (Required) 

  • Knowledge of display logistics, signage production, and visual communications standards. 
  • Familiarity with immersive or interactive technologies (e.g., touch displays, AR/VR, kiosks, digital signage). 
  • Proficiency with content management, asset management, or display inventory tools. 

Technical Knowledge (Preferred) 

  • Experience managing displays or exhibits within federal, DoD, or large public-facing environments. 
  • Understanding of accessibility and compliance requirements for exhibit materials. 

 

Skills 

  • Strong organizational and program management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. 
  • High attention to detail and quality. 
  • Ability to work across creative, technical, and operational teams. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple display requests and deadlines.
