DecisionPoint seeks a Platform Research & Trend Analyst to support MC&FP’s Third-Party Platform Support and Outreach & Engagement teams. This role analyzes emerging digital platforms, new feature rollouts, audience behavior shifts, and content consumption patterns to inform platform selection, integration decisions, and long-term digital strategy.
The analyst evaluates platform risks, tests new features, supports onboarding of approved platforms, and provides actionable recommendations to improve enterprise outreach, engagement, and digital operations. This position requires strong trend analysis abilities, platform literacy, and cross-team coordination.
This position is fully remote.

The Platform Research & Trend Analyst will:
Clearance Requirement
Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher.
Education (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Communications, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
