DecisionPoint seeks a Live Events Coordinator to support the planning and on-site execution of MC&FP live events, conferences, leadership engagements, and special programs. This role manages detailed logistical, operational, and coordination tasks to ensure seamless event execution and a polished attendee experience.
The Live Events Coordinator prepares event materials, manages travel and registration workflows, supports signage and venue needs, develops run-of-show packets, assists speakers, and provides escorting and on-site operational support. This position collaborates with the Events Producer, communications teams, and MC&FP leadership to ensure events are well-organized, accessible, and aligned with mission goals.
This position is fully remote, with some travel as required for on-site support.

The Live Events Coordinator will:
Clearance Requirement
Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher.
Education (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
