DecisionPoint seeks a Senior Creative Content Lead to oversee enterprise-wide creative direction for visual, multimedia, and digital communication products supporting a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role is responsible for concept development, creative strategy, and the end-to-end production of mission-aligned content that supports brand cohesion, audience needs, and user experience best practices.
The Creative Content Lead shapes the enterprise’s creative vision, guiding designers, writers, media specialists, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, inclusive, and accessible content across all communication channels.
This position is fully remote.

Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher.
Education (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Film, Creative Direction, or a related field.
