Overview

DecisionPoint seeks a Performance Analysis Coordinator to support enterprise performance measurement, KPI tracking, audience analytics, and channel performance reporting for a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role produces monthly and quarterly insights, analyzes communication and engagement metrics, and supports ongoing optimization and continuous improvement efforts. 

The Performance Analysis Coordinator contributes to performance dashboards, trend analysis, segmentation reporting, and the development of actionable insights that improve communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement. 

This position is fully remote.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Performance Analysis Coordinator will: 

  • Define, measure, and analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and audience segment trends. 
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc insights and analytic summaries for leadership. 
  • Analyze channel performance (web, email, social, outreach) to identify engagement opportunities. 
  • Support segmentation analysis and performance-based audience insights. 
  • Assist with dashboard development, data visualizations, and metric storytelling. 
  • Maintain performance datasets, metadata, and documentation for consistency and reuse. 
  • Support continuous improvement cycles by identifying performance gaps and optimization recommendations. 
  • Collaborate with communications, UX, data, and outreach teams to align insights with mission needs. 
  • Ensure all outputs meet accessibility, accuracy, and reporting standards. 
  • Contribute to the refinement of KPI frameworks and measurement methodologies. 

Qualifications

Clearance Requirement 

Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher. 

 

Education (Required) 

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Science, Business Intelligence, Communications Analytics, or a related field. 

 

Experience (Required) 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting performance analytics, KPI reporting, or data analysis. 
  • Experience working with communication metrics, audience segmentation, or digital analytics. 
  • Experience producing analytic summaries, insights, and reporting products. 

 

Technical Knowledge (Required) 

  • Familiarity with performance measurement tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, social analytics). 
  • Knowledge of KPI frameworks, segmentation analysis, and metric design. 
  • Understanding of quantitative analysis, trend identification, and data interpretation. 

Technical Knowledge (Preferred) 

  • Experience developing dashboards or automated reporting pipelines. 
  • Familiarity with qualitative analysis, communication measurement, or stakeholder engagement analytics. 

 

Certifications (Preferred) 

  • Analytics or BI certifications 
  • ITIL v4 Foundation 
  • Marketing measurement or research certifications 

 

Skills 

  • Strong analytical and visual storytelling skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
