DecisionPoint seeks a Survivor Liaison to support a Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise initiative that enhances the systems and processes used to deliver timely, accurate, and compassionate services to survivors and beneficiaries. The analyst will work with stakeholders across Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) and Casualty and Mortuary Affairs (CMA) offices to capture business requirements, document workflows, and validate improvements to benefits processing, outreach coordination, and family engagement.
This position plays a critical role in transforming survivor-facing systems and processes, ensuring that data-driven tools and reporting mechanisms support efficiency, empathy, and transparency in survivor care.
