Project Manager

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to join our team on an upcoming project supporting the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System (PEDSS).

This position is on-site at either The Pentagon or our Reston Corporate Office. 

• Planning, direction, control, and coordination necessary to operate and maintain the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System.

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following: Computer Science, Operations Research/Systems Analysis, Information Management Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in technical or management discipline is acceptable when an additional two years of experience as a data systems Program or Project Manager is substituted for each year of Graduate level education.

• A minimum of 8 years experience in managing projects, proven ability to manage project cost, schedule, and performance; thorough understanding of the Army manpower management and force development processes.
