DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a RCDD to join our team on the upcoming Enterprise DISA JSP ETM Services 2.0 program.
This position is onsite in the Washington, DC area.
Lead and oversee the design, documentation, and maintenance of network assets, ensuring adherence to DoD and JSP standards.
Ensure all baseline configurations, including cabling and equipment documentation, meet industry and JSP guidelines.
Develop and maintain an accurate CMDB to support IT processes like Asset, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, Operations, and Security Management.
Ensure that CMDB data is up-to-date, accurately reflecting the current state of network assets and configurations.
Ensure the baseline configuration of all network assets, including hardware, software, and point-to-point circuits, and validate against JSP and DoD standards.
Track and maintain records of warranty and licensing for hardware and software through the Unclassified Government system.
Validate network systems in accordance with DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) before deployment.
Conduct regular quality checks on network installations and document changes in accordance with JSP’s asset and configuration management policies.
Prepare and submit monthly reports; Document any changes to network configurations, including the status and classification of each change (approved, pending, deferred, emergency).
Provide real-time, unencumbered access to the CMDB for authorized personnel.
Integrate the configuration management system with other service/agency systems to maintain interoperability and data consistency.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
3+ years of relevant experience as a RCDD
3+ years as senior or lead RCDD in planning, and designing cable infrastructure that supports the DoD environment
