Overview

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to help provide Information Technology (IT) services supporting the United States Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). Contractor support will primarily be required in the NETCOM Headquarters, subcommand organizations and other NETCOM supported locations, globally. The program involves IT support to NETCOM and NETCOM-supported organizations for Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) hardware, software, data, applications, tools, and systems used by the Army. Organizations supported include the NETCOM Assistant Chief of Staff, G-6 with business operations, Cybersecurity, Knowledge Management Integration (KMI), Army Enterprise Service Ownership/Development, Capability Management, and Content Management requirements.

 

This position is onsite in Ft. Huachuca. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help Desk Support in support of the NETCOM G6 effort, focused on Information Management Office (IMO) duties.
  • You will provide oversight to the Help Desk Support Team and provide support as needed for customer service for problem resolution regarding desktop applications that are currently being used/in development/or future requirements that are part of the NETCOM environment. 
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must, along with verbal and written skills. 
  • You will quality check all provided inputs to the book of knowledge for each application upon resolution of issues. 
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance Required
  • High School Diploma with minimum of 2 years relevant help desk support experience required
  • Security+ Certification required 
  • Knowledge of the following systems:
    • Ticketing Systems
    • Microsoft Applications including MS Teams
    • Active Directory
